We’re delighted to reveal our new partnership with LoveBiz Networking® headed up by the wonderful Sue Crooks, The LoveBiz Networking® Founder. What makes LoveBiz Networking® unique? It’s for women only and the priority is to build relationships in the first instance and do business and pass referrals second.
It’s due to this that LoveBiz aligns so well with what we do at SOCIALight Magazine and why we will be supporting each other as partners going forward.
Networking is such an important part of business right now, especially after the year we’ve all had. Having a group of women in your local area from various industries and backgrounds supporting each other and catching up regularly has been a lifeline for so many. With the pandemic taking hold in March 2020, LoveBiz switched adeptly to virtual events which have flourished, meaning that even more places across the UK have come on board with new groups being created, helping form a friendly and vibrant community.
In each issue, we will feature the latest events and news from LoveBiz, with information on how you can get involved in a community near you.
On February 24th, 2021 we had the honour of attending the Southampton LoveBiz launch event, getting to meet local women in the area, and having the opportunity to discuss various themes and issues with them.
How the networking events are conducted is all-inclusive, it doesn’t matter if you’re an extrovert or an introvert, the format will work for you and you’ll get a lot out of it. We certainly did! It’s a brilliant opportunity to swap details with people you’re interested in finding out more about, whether it’s a business opportunity, partnership opportunity or simply to help each other out!
Look out for LoveBiz events and news on our social media platforms and in each of our issues, and perhaps you may consider becoming part of a networking community that can help you feel empowered and heard.
